Books And M. Storm Publishing

Books

Books have always been more than something to read when you have a little time to kill. A book can take you anywhere without leaving your chair. It can make you laugh, scare the hell out of you, teach you something you didn’t know, or keep you awake until two in the morning because you have to find out what happens next. That is what this part of the site is all about. If you came here looking for the latest book from Mace Storm, you are in the right place. This is also where you can find special book promotions, giveaways, free books, discounted books, and other interesting reads from authors Mace thinks are worth a look.

Some will be mysteries and thrillers, because obviously we have a weakness for those around here, but you may also run across suspense, crime, science fiction, history, or something completely unexpected. There are a lot of good writers out there, and finding them isn’t always as easy as it should be.

The Books menu at the top of the page is your starting point. That is where you can find Mace Storm’s books, information about the Hannah Constantine Mystery series, and whatever Mace happens to be working on next. New releases will show up there as they become available, along with information about the stories, characters, and where you can get a copy.

If you are new to Mace’s books, you can start at the beginning and meet Detective Hannah Constantine and her retired police K-9, Apollo. If you have already been following them, this is where you can check for the next book in the series. Things have a habit of getting complicated for Hannah and Apollo, so you probably don’t want to leave them alone for too long.

Free Book Promotions

You will also find book promotions from other authors here. There are thousands of independent authors writing some damn good books, but most of them don’t have huge advertising budgets or a giant publishing company putting their books in front of millions of people. That doesn’t mean their stories aren’t worth reading. Sometimes the hardest part is simply finding them. Book promotions give readers a chance to discover authors they might never see while wandering through one of the giant online bookstores.

Some promotions may offer free books. Others may have books for 99 cents or at another temporary discount. There may also be giveaways or collections built around a particular type of story. If something catches your attention, take a look. You might discover your next favorite author for less than the price of a cup of coffee, or maybe for nothing at all.

One thing you won’t find here is a promise that every book will be perfect for every reader. That would be ridiculous. We all like different things. One reader wants a murder mystery with clues scattered everywhere. Another wants nonstop action. Somebody else wants a story that takes its time and lets the characters breathe. That is part of what makes books interesting. The idea here isn’t to tell you what you should read. It is to make it a little easier to find something you might want to read.

This section will keep changing as new books are released and new promotions come along. Some offers may only be around for a short time, so if you see something that looks interesting, don’t assume it will still be there six months from now. Check back once in a while and see what’s new. Mace will keep writing, other authors will keep coming up with stories we didn’t know we needed, and we’ll keep putting the interesting ones where you can find them.

So use the Books menu and poke around. Look for Mace’s newest release, catch up with Hannah and Apollo, check out the current promotions, or take a chance on an author you have never heard of before. You came here looking for books. We might as well help you find a few good ones. So if you see a tree anywhere on this site there’ll be a green button under it, press the button and there ya are.

This page is top of the drop down menu with other related pages below. I’m gonna tell you a little bit about each one. If the drop downs break (they won’t), but they might get full so look at this as a back up, a brief description of the page and a hyperlink or two that will get ya there. Okay here they are:
