Submitting a DMCA Notice

DMCA notices concerning material associated with either company may be submitted through the Contact page of the applicable website. Please clearly identify your communication as a DMCA Copyright Notice.

If a dedicated DMCA email address or designated DMCA agent is established, this policy may be updated with that information.

Review and Removal of Material

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, M. Storm Publishing LLC or Altered AI Technologies, as applicable, will review the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Such action may include removing or disabling access to material that is the subject of a valid copyright infringement claim.

We reserve the right to request additional information when necessary to properly evaluate a claim.

Counter-Notification

Valid counter-notifications will be handled in accordance with applicable DMCA procedures.

Repeat Infringement

When appropriate and where applicable, M. Storm Publishing LLC and Altered AI Technologies reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to services by users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

False or Misleading Claims

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.

A DMCA notice should only be submitted when there is a legitimate copyright claim involving material appearing on or through an online property operated by M. Storm Publishing LLC or Altered AI Technologies.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original written content, graphics, branding, publications, digital products, software-related materials, and other original works appearing on properties operated by M. Storm Publishing LLC or Altered AI Technologies are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
